Supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities requires collaboration.
Dream Vision works with the State of Kansas, Sedgwick County CDDO and Johnson County CDDO in supporting individuals, providing appropriate care and connecting people with available services and referrals.
These relationships help individuals and families navigate available resources and identify appropriate support.
