Day Service Coaches/Mentors can empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting them in making choices and decisions to promote independence and productivity. Day Service Coaches/Mentors help in planning and engaging individuals in stimulating, meaningful, and functional activities; developing and following a daily schedule of activities, therapeutic services and training, and providing training on accessing and utilizing community resources.

House Coaches/Mentors support and coach adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in group home settings – to increase their independence. Responsible to provide training on basic life skills – building self-esteem and assertiveness, making choices and decisions, improving health and safety awareness, and participating in the community.
